Long Flight Time Tethered Ground Power Equipment for Mtow 40KG Tethered Drone

     The tethered power supply system can be perfectly adapted to 20~40Kg class 12S power supply UAV type, integrating UAVs with a ground-based power station through a durable tether cable, delivering continuous electricity to enable extended flight operations. This innovative solution eliminates battery limitations, allowing drones to perform prolonged missions without interruptions - dramatically improving operational productivity.

      The tethered power supply system is used for the uninterrupted operation of UAV during long flight. It has a wide range of applications in many fields such as surveillance, monitoring, aerial lighting, relay communication, high-altitude cleaning tasks (like high-rise building facade and window cleaning tasks) and other tasks at high altitude for a long time through stable power supply.

Function characteristics

1). Protection function: Separate design for strong and weak electricity. Input over-voltage, input under-voltage. Output over voltage, output over current, output circuit, output over temperature protection, input and output voltage resistance≥3000VDC, tethered cable insulation voltage esistance≥3500VDC.

2). Data communication: Wired and wireless communication function. Support remote display and control, client-side data viewing and downloading. Optional fiber optic communication.

3). Data display function: The touch screen displays data such as output voltage, output current, output power, cable outlet length, working duration, installation temperature, total power consumption, fault record, and working status information.

4). Set and adjustment: The display screen supports setting and adjustment the parameters such as reel in/out tension and speed, date and time, output voltage, safety lengths, warning temperature, etc., and support Chinese and English.

5). Alerts and reminds: When the system malfunctions, the display screen scrolls to display fault information, and the buzzer strong sound reminder.

6). Automatic take-up and payoff: Following take off and landing of the drone to synchronously tethered cable automated winch reel in/out, adjusting the tension auto management, and backup battery to activate cable reel in function in case of power cut off.

7). Power supply 9800W/10000Wh outdoor mobile power bank or 8000W/25L gasoline inverter generator is recommended.
