The main function of this product is to provide safe and reliable long-endurance flight power for DJI M300 UAV up to 24 hours.
This product includes two parts: the ground end tether box and the sky end airborne power supply. The tether box integrates AC/DC DC power supply, automatic take-up and pay-off device, tether cable and intelligent control module to convert single-phase AC power of the mains, generator or mobile power supply into high-voltage power and transmit it to the airborne power supply through the tether cable. The airborne power supply can safely replace an original battery and provide constant voltage stabilization, continuous and reliable long-endurance power supply for the UAV without reducing the standard load weight. The system has the function of automatically retracting and releasing the line synchronously following the rise and fall of the UAV.
This product can be used as a tool to enable users to concentrate on flight operations without additional operations during the whole takeoff and landing flight operations.
1.Typical characteristics
1) Groudn module small in size and light in weight, the tethered box weighs only 9.2kg and can be carried on the back or by hand, making it easy to carry.
3) Automatic retraction and pay-off, the whole process of UAV takeoff and landing flight does not need to operate the tether box, just concentrate on the flight operation;
4) 640W or 1280W high-power and high-intensity lighting unit can be optional, and the effective lighting area can reach more than 10000 m2;
5) Comprehensive input and output protection function, operation, fault record and data storage, support wired communication and mobile phone synchronization;
6) The onboard power supply has a constant voltage output, and the backup battery has no charging or discharging phenomenon throughout the entire process, without losing power or causing hidden damage.

3.Functional characteristics
1). Cable retraction and release function: Follow the drone takeoff and landing to synchronously retract and release the tethering cable, and adaptively adjust the tension.
2). Protection function: Input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, output overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, over temperature protection, fault elimination and self recovery.
3). Data display function: The 4.3 inch touch screen displays data such as voltage, current, temperature, cable outlet length, date, time, operation records, fault records, and working status information.
4). Setting and adjustment function: The display screen supports the setting and adjustment of wire winding speed, wire winding tension, wire release tension, safety meters, date and time, and supports switching between Chinese and English display.
5). Fault alarm function: When the system malfunctions, the display screen scrolls to display fault information, and the fault alarm light flashes red and beeps to alert.
6). Equipment portability: With a backpack design, it can be carried on back or carried by hand. The backpack stores system equipment, accessories, and document information.
