Product Description

Professional 3000W Tethered Power Supply System for 10kg 15kg Payload Tethered Drone

       The 3000W tethered power supply system can be perfectly adapted to 10~15Kg class 6S or 12S power supply UAV type. It consist of two main parts: a mooring box (ground end) and an onboard power supply (sky end). By using this product, the ground's mains or generator's single-phase or three-phase AC power is converted into high voltage 750V by the ground end's mooring box and transmitted to the airborne power supply at the sky end. 

      The airborne power supply is then converted into the aircraft's operating voltage, continuously supplying power to the unmanned aerial vehicle to achieve long-term hovering and fixed-point operations. The long-term experimental conclusion shows that under the working conditions of using this product, unmanned aerial vehicles can achieve uninterrupted fixed-point hovering operations for 24 hours or more.

Function characteristics

 
1). Automatic reel in/out: Follow the takeoff and landing of the UAV to synchronously cable reel in/out, automated adjust the tension, and backup battery to activate cable reel in function in case of power cut off.
 
2). Communication function: Wired and wireless communication function, support remote display and control, client-side data viewing and downloading.
 
3). Protection function: Separate design for strong and weak electricity. Input and output voltage resistance≥3000VDC, tethered cable insulation voltage resistance≥3500VDC. Input overvoltage and undervoltage protection. Output overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, over temperature protection, fault elimination and self recovery.

 
4). Data display function: The touch screen displays data such as output voltage, output current,output power, cable outlet length, working duration, installation temperature, total power consumption, fault record, and working status information.
 
5). Set adjustment: The display screen supports the setting and adjustment of wire winding speed, wire winding tension, wire reel out tension, safety length, date and time, and supports Chinese and English display.
 
6). Fault alarm function: When the system malfunctions, the display screen scrolls to display fault information, and beeps to alert.

 
 
7). Equipment carrying: With a backpack design, the backpack can be equipped with a complete set of tethering systems, including a tethering box, air module power supply, lighting unit (optional), and other accessories. The overall weight is 12 ± 0.5kg. 
 
8). 5800W/7000Wh outdoor mobile power bank or 4300W/6.0L generator is recommended.
