3.Functional characteristics 
1). Safety protection: Strong and weak current separation design, with input undervoltage, input overvoltage. The input and output withstand voltage is ≥ 3000VDC, and the cable insulation layer withstand voltage is ≥ 3500VDC.

Yes, support take off weight 60-90KG.

2. What happens if the ground power is cut?
The backup drone battery will kick in and supply power to the drone. At battery critical level, the drone will auto land.
The the ground power recover power to drone, then it automated switch to tether power to drone. 

3. Will there be warranty? How long?
Yes there will be warranty for 1 year.
Extend warranty is optional.

The power line is only use for power supply purpose.
