Constant Voltage Output 6kw Tether Drone Ground Power Station for Live TV Aerial Photography

      The tethered power supply system is an electrical complete set of equipment that supplies power to UAV through wired connections. It is used for the uninterrupted operation of UAV during long flight. It has a wide range of applications in many fields such as public security, fire protection, electric power, communication and emergency response.   

      The tethered power supply system can be perfectly adapted to 20~40Kg class 12S power supply UAV type. 

      This product mainly consists of two components: the tethered ground module and air module. The main function of ground module is to convert input AC 220V power from mains power, mobile power supply or generator into high-voltage DC 750V power, and then input to airborne power supply through tether cable. the working voltage of the UAV, which continues to supply power for the UVA to achieve the long-term hovering fixed point operation. The long-term experiment results show that under the working condition of using this product, the UAV can reach 24 hours or more non-stop fixed-point hovering operation.

Function characteristics

1). Protection function: Separate design for strong and weak electricity. Input over-voltage, input under-voltage. Output over voltage, output over current, output circuit, output over temperature protection, input and output voltage resistance≥3000VDC, tethered cable insulation voltage esistance≥3500VDC.

2). Data communication: Wired and wireless communication function. Support remote display and control, client-side data viewing and downloading. Optional fiber optic communication.

3). Data display function: The touch screen displays data such as output voltage, output current, output power, cable outlet length, working duration, installation temperature, total power consumption, fault record, and working status information.

4). Set and adjustment: The display screen supports setting and adjustment the parameters such as reel in/out tension and speed, date and time, output voltage, safety lengths, warning temperature, etc., and support Chinese and English.

5). Alerts and reminds: When the system malfunctions, the display screen scrolls to display fault information, and the buzzer strong sound reminder.

6). Automatic take-up and payoff: Following take off and landing of the drone to synchronously tethered cable automated winch reel in/out, adjusting the tension auto management, and backup battery to activate cable reel in function in case of power cut off.

7). Power supply 9800W/10000Wh outdoor mobile power bank or 8000W/25L gasoline inverter generator is recommended.
